Wordsmith Day honors the magic and impact of well-crafted words, and the writers who write them; poets, journalists, novelists, and authors celebrate their ability to construct messages that impact our lives..

Thomas Jefferson says, “I can’t live without books.” I find this quote so true. Books take us to worlds, situations, people, cultures, foods we may never encounter in person; however, after reading the book, we have been there. i am never bored; a book for me to gain knowledge, explore, heal, and entertain is always near. Writers are readers, and readers are leaders.

The wonderful world of writers weaves words together to impact our minds, souls, and bodies. On May 4th, Wordsmith Day lets us celebrate writers. Celebrate with a writing workshop, join a book club, write a letter to an author you would like to read more of their work. Or perhaps today you want to take a dive and write something. I invite you to read my book “The Invisible Child.” Click here to buy the book:https://www.amazon.com/dp/1720139997 https://bit.ly/TheInvisibleChildBook
